Each lot offers magnificent views of Totten Lake and Sleeping Ute Mountain. Most clearly see the north escarpment of Mesa Verde as well. A few also have views of the La Plata Mountains, particularly from a second story window.

All lots require a 25’ setback from property lines, with a 30’ easement between each lot to create a wide open feel and lots of privacy. Additionally, there are extra wide easements for open space between lots 3 and 4, and lots 6 and 7.
